Welcome to Symphony Irvine's third season!
We look forward to seeing you again for another year of musical delights featuring outstanding young soloists, new works by fresh composers, and (of course) great performances of the classical repertoire.
Musicians! Find out how you can join Symphony Irvine!
Symphony Irvine's third season got off to a great start with colloratura sporano Danielle Palomares treating a delighted audience to music by Mozart, Puccini, and Gounod. The symphony also performed a spirited Impressario Overture (Mozart) and concluded the afternoon with Beethoven's Sixth Symphony.
Overall, we are pleased with our new performance venue, the Irvine Civic Center (City Hall), with the city council chamber serving as our concert hall. Seating is comfortable and plentiful, parking is free, and the lobby provides an excellent setting for post-concert receptions. The acoustics are good, too, allowing the audience to hear subtleties in the texture of the music.
